Take a cooker on low flame add oil, cumin seeds, asafoetida, corsely crushed ginger garlic green chillies. Saute it for a min.
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, sabji masala, coriander powder. Mix it n saute for a min.
Add diced Potato, brinjal, chopped spinach, dill leaves
Add chopped tomatoes, salt mix it add two big spoon water. Mix it, close the lid n get 2 whistle. Off the gas n wait to cool down.
Open the cooker mix the sabji once n see that oil get released. Serve hot with Parathas, roti, Rotla, rice, Khichadi etc. Enjoy with dear ones
